Clara leads the company’s engagement with the government and other stakeholders around current policy issues on technology and the economy and society.

Prior to this, Clara was an Associate at Brunswick Group, a strategic advisory firm specializing in business-critical communications, and the Country Director of Singapore at Vriens & Partners, a Southeast Asia-focused political risk and government relations advisory firm. Clara began her career with the Singapore Foreign Service, where she spent over 6 years helping to manage Singapore’s relations with Indonesia, Thailand and the United States. In that time, Clara served as First Secretary at Singapore’s embassy in Washington, DC.

Clara has a master’s degree in religion and politics from Harvard University, and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and religion from Colby College. She attended the United World College in Canada representing Singapore.
