Mr Ken Soh

Ken Soh holds concurrent appointments as Group CIO of SGX mainboard listed
BH Global Corporation Limited, since 3 Mar 2014, and as the founding CEO of the
Group’s subsidiary cyber security advisory company, Athena Dynamics Pte Ltd.

Ken has more than 30 years of working experience in the ICT industry. Prior to joining BH Global, Ken held various senior positions in the public and private sectors at CxO and business leader levels with ICT Master Planning and P&L responsibilities. Since 2014, Ken spearheaded various digital transformation initiatives of the group, one of which resulted in the successful spin-off of the Group IT department from a cost centre to a profit centre cyber security consulting subsidiary with more than 150 enterprise customers today.

For the above, Ken was awarded IDG/IBM/Adobe ASEAN CIO 50 in 2019 and 2020, and subsequently CIO 75 in 2021. Athena Dynamics also bagged the Business Eminence Award 2022 by Dub & Bradstreet.

Ken is an avid industry speaker and writer, contributed to more than 250 thought leadership speaking and featured articles since 2015. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Studies from the University of Essex, UK; and a Master of Business Administration (eMBA) from the Nanyang Business School, a Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and University of California, Berkeley (UCB) joint programme.
