As the Chief Information Officer of Thoughtworks, Jessie provides leadership for the continued development of global internal information, and digital technology strategy and initiatives throughout Thoughtworks. She also partners with other global leaders to drive the company’s digital transformation journey.<\/p>\n

Jessie joined Thoughtworks in 2005 because she was attracted to its unique culture and opportunities for growth. From there, she held a variety of consulting and leadership positions across several Thoughtworks countries. She served as the Managing Director for Southeast Asia from 2016 to 2021 before being appointed CIO in 2022. After more than 16 years with Thoughtworks, Jessie still believes there is something new to learn every day!<\/p>\n
